Student Online Safety
As part of our Parent University, our TUSD Student Services Department hosted a webinar on Online Safety. This webinar helps parents/caregivers to understand how children access inappropriate content online, what can be done to protect children from unrestricted internet access, and the impacts of excessive screen time. The webinar focuses on some of the more popular apps and what parents/caregivers can do to promote their child's positive digital citizenship. We are in an increasingly digital world; help your child navigate the internet in a safe, responsible, and respectful way. The webinar ends with a Q&A session.
