What We Are Currently Working On:

We are working on ideas for our fundraiser and next service project!

  • To become a member of the National Junior Honor Society here at Golden West, students must maintain a GPA of 3.57 or higher and be nominated by at least four of their teachers for demonstrating exemplary scholarship, citizenship, leadership, service, and character.  Students can be inducted into Honor Society in Spring of their 7th grade year, Fall of their 8th grade year, or Spring of their 8th grade year.

The National Junior Honor Society is a community service organization.  We work very hard to find ways to give back to our community;  here at Golden West, in Solano County, and around the world.  Our group runs all school activities along with student council: pep rallies, dances, and spirit days.   Each year we also lead the Kids Can canned food drive in the fall, a coat drive in the winter, and at least one other service project to raise money or give of our time for a worthwhile organization.
