Season of Sharing Program
The Alameda County Social Services Agency provides resources and opportunities to enhance the quality of life in our community. This program provides assistance with financial housing assistance. Check out their webpage for more.
Solano Legal Access Center

Solano Trauma Recovery Center
This community organization provides trauma-informed services to victims of crime. They provide clinical and case management services, and crisis intervention and stabilization, along with advocacy work.
La Clinica de La Raza
This organization addresses health barriers and creates better lives for the underserved. Today, La Clínica is the first choice for providing multi-lingual, accessible full-scope health care services in the East Bay, no matter a patient’s income level or insurance status.
Legal Services of Northern California
A Better Way
This community organization offers a variety of programs to serve children with emotional and behavioral challenges. Those programs include the Birth to Five Program, Early Intervention and Prevention School-Based Services, lastly, a Diversion, Probation and Juvenile Hall Program.
Solano County Seneca Program
This program provides an array of services, including but not limited to wraparound services for children and adolescents, therapeutic behavioral services, and home-based services. Check out their website for more information

Dear Caregivers,
If you would like to refer a student or your family for School Social Work Services, please complete the following e-forms for your designated school above. SSW services include school-based counseling, case management services, weekly check-in/check-outs with students, group counseling, behavioral support, crisis interventions, conflict resolutions, restorative practices, community referrals, and much more.

If you would like to seek school-based counseling or other School Social Worker services for the current school year, please make sure to complete the following form. The completed form can either be emailed to me mpadilla@travisusd.org, can be sent with your students and handed to their teacher, or can be turned in to the office.
