Our district uses Frontline Absence Management system, formerly Aesop to fulfill any vacancies or employee absences requiring a substitute. As a Substitute, you will use Frontline to accept any and all possible substitute assignments.

Enter your username (the part of your email address before @travisusd.org) and password. 

Troubleshooting Login Issues

If you're experiencing problems logging into Frontline, please follow these steps:

1. Verify email access
  • Ensure that you can log in to your work email. Successful email access indicates that your login credentials for Frontline are working.
2. Correct Login Method

  • Make sure to use the correct login method. We use the Single Sign-On (SSO), ensure that you are selecting this option. Click on the highlighted link in the photo.
  • Enter your work email address and password, in the next window. Double-check that you are entering your email and password correctly. Ensure email address is input completely and accurately

 

3. Attempt a Password Reset
  • If the above steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to reset your password. You can find the password reset option in the Technology Department.

  • Note: Resetting your password will change both of your email and Frontline login credentials since they are connected.
