Cooking from scratch with the team!
The Child Nutrition team learned some new from-scratch recipes at this year's annual training on August 8th! The team learned how to make creamy alfredo, Korean BBQ tofu, fresh biscuits, and a baked potato bar. These delicious recipes meet federal and state regulations while being flavorful and filling for students!

Summary: Effective for School Year 2023-24, Travis Unified School District will serve meals at no charge to enrolled students. The State of California approved Universal Free Meals for all students.
