On September 16, the U.S. Department of Agriculture released Policy Memorandum SP 56-2016 addressing the State Agency Transparency Requirement.  

The State Agency is required to post a summary of the final results of the AR to the public in an accessible, easily understood manner in accordance with guidelines set forth in Title 7, Code of Federal Regulations, Section 210.18(m).
