Grade Level Reorganization Update:
Thank you to all of our families who took part in our LCAP and Reorganization Survey or attended our site family meetings (PTA/PTO) to share your thoughts about possible grade level reorganization. As you might remember from our earlier newsletters, we have been meeting with families, students, and staff for the last few months to learn what the top priorities are for our community related to our 6th grade students and our overall programming for all students. After hearing from over 4,500 people, we have learned a lot! We will be sharing the top priorities and considerations related to possible movement of 6th grade to Golden West Middle School with the Board and community at the upcoming Board meeting on Tuesday, March 19th at 6:00pm. This presentation will be for information only, and no action or decision will be taken during this meeting. We will continue to update the Board with additional information, including facilities and staffing possibilities in future meetings.
