¡Hola!  My name is Jorge Salas, but my students can call me Señor Salas.  I am originally from Michoacán, México, but I grew up in the Salinas Valley.  I attended Macalester College, where I earned a B.A. in Spanish and Art Studio.  I also did my graduate studies at Colorado State U. where I earned a Masters degree in Spanish Language and Literature.  Last but not least, I received my Single Subject Teaching credential from CSU at Sacramento.  I have a passion for teaching Spanish as a foreign language and the cultures it reflects from Spain all the way to South America.
