The General Henry H. Arnold Education Grant Application is Available Now! The Arnold Grant offers grants ranging from $500 to $4,000. Students who are dependents of Active Duty, Reservists, or retired Air Force members are eligible to apply. For more information and to apply visit the website afas.org. Seniors: have you submitted your FAFSA? The Free Application for Federal Student Aid is used to determine eligibility for a variety of financial aid to use for college. InspirASIAN, a 501c3 nonprofit organization and an employee resource group of AT&T, is seeking qualified applicants for its 2019 National InspirASIAN Scholarship Program. At least twenty-one $2000 National InspirASIAN scholarships will be awarded for the 2019 academic year. Besides the national scholarships, seven $1000 state scholarships will be awarded to Northern California students. The scholarship program is open to all high school seniors of any ethnic or cultural background with a minimum GPA of 3.4 on a 4.0 scale. The KP Launch program is now accepting application for their summer internship program. Kaiser Permanente offers unique and dynamic health care internship programs that provide interns with practical job skills and experiences in a supportive environment. Applicant Criteria:
Must be between the ages of 16 and 19 by June 1, 2019.
Must be enrolled in high school; general education degree (GED) program with no previous college experience since graduating from high school.
Must have a grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or higher.
Must have an interest in working in a healthcare environment.
Must be able to work full-time, 40 hours per week during the eight-week program.
Must undergo and pass all Kaiser Permanente employment requirements to include: providing proof of legal right to wok in the United States; a background check (if age 18 or over); and a drug and health screening.

This six-week summer program gives students the opportunity to experience college life and work on an apprentice-level research project in a university laboratory under the mentorship of university researchers.
