Parent Conference Week
November 16th, 17th, 19th , 20th
During Parent Conference Week, your teacher’s live instruction schedule from 8 am - 12 pm remains the same. During the afternoons of Parent Conference Week, we will continue with ELD classes, PE, Band/Music, and special education services. This week only, students will not have asynchronous (independent) work from 12-3 pm. If you have questions, please reach out to your teacher directly.
Your teacher will be contacting you to schedule parent conferences. Teachers will be conferencing with the families of students that have academic, engagement and behavioral concerns. If you have concerns and would like to meet with your child’s teacher, please reach out to your teacher directly to request a conference
Report cards are available through the Aeries Parent Portal. For directions on how to access your child’s report card, please watch the following short video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GZIk0nFrawj27OKO8XxJfrkwW7wF4ucP/view.
Report Cards may look a little different this year, partly due to distance learning. For example, Music and PE will not be graded this trimester because participation in these content areas is optional. This means that you will not see a grade for Music and PE, instead, those areas will be left blank on the report card. If you have questions regarding any blank areas or areas marked with an X on your child’s report card, please see the comment section of the report card for more information. As always, please contact your child's teacher if you have any additional questions.
Impact Aid Cards
A huge thank you to those families that have returned their impact aid cards! We are SO CLOSE to meeting our family goal is to have 100% of cards completed and returned. So far we have received 80% of cards. Your response is required to continue receiving federal funding to support our education programs at our school and in TUSD. Please complete the form in ink and return in the postage-paid envelope. You may also return it to the drop box outside the Foxboro Office. We have attached a copy of the form to this email and also left blank copies of the form by the drop box that you can complete and return (we encourage you to bring your own black or blue pen). TUSD and Foxboro administration greatly appreciate your assistance with this survey.
The Fall PTA fundraiser will continue through Friday, November 20th. The top class in each category (PK-1, 2-4, 5-6) will earn a class party. The PTA will be offering a virtual build-a-fox or paint party and will deliver supplies to the winning classes. Keep reading! A portion of the funds raised will be used to order books for Foxboro and to fund PTA programs.
Our next materials distribution date will be in December. There will be no other individual teacher distribution dates.
During this designated time, families can pick up classroom materials, yearbooks, and other school information. Please reach out to your classroom teacher directly to see if they will be participating in these distribution dates.
